Hi all, just updated my monarch to the latest update. I know Wing It is supposed to be available with this update but I cannot seem to find the Wing It App in the IOS app store. I have tried with different keywords and just Wing It by itself and still cannot find it. Is it available yet or will it be released later? Thanks!

I am having trouble connecting the app and the monarch. I have followed all the instructions (restarting, updating, etc.) but it never seems to connect. Any other hints or suggestions? Thanks!
It may depend on what device you’re using. I tried to connect using my iPhone 10S, but it turned out that the phone’s hardware was too outdated.

Another difficulty might arise in attempting to connect the Monarch with Bluetooth and then with Wing-It - a mistake that I made. Magically, Wing-It should connect with the Monarch without any Bluetooth connection once the app is installed on both devices (in the Monarch’s case, of course, there is no installation needed because it was included in a recent update).
If you did attempt a Bluetooth connection, follow these steps to forget the connection:
- Go to the Quick Settings menu (Enter + Q)
- Press Enter on “Connected Devices”
- Locate your Bluetooth-connected device and press Enter on “Settings” just below it
- Press Enter on “Forget” button
- Press Enter on “Forget device”
- Restart your Monarch, open Wing-It on both the Monarch and iPad, and make sure the iPad app says “Connected”
- Hopefully, this will bring the two apps together and you will be able to see what you draw with the iPad on the Monarch
If a Bluetooth connection isn’t the problem, and you are using a new or mostly new device, we will go a little deeper and get a solution for you.

Well, unfortunately I tried that and there was nothing to forget, so it did not work. However we tried connecting my daughter’s phone and it worked instantly. So I am now thinking it may be due to the fact that my phone is a pro-max. Hers is just a 13. But she is having a great time drawing on her phone and feeling it on the monarch!! I also hooked it up to our large screen tv and she can see the large shapes!
Exciting update! My phone now connects as well!
