I am not able to connect to Wi-Fi, or so my Monarch says. My internet options show up, and the password has been correctly entered, and when I select it, I scroll down to “connect”. I enter on that and it then changes to disconnect. When I go back to open TGIL or Bookshare, I keep getting the message, “Please check your internet access (ok).” I used to be able to connect to the internet. I am trying to remember if this has just been happening since the update. Has anyone else had this issue?

I had the same issue but was able to connect after forgetting the network and connecting again.
I had been able to connect to my home wifi in the spring. After a bit of a break, I’m trying to connect now but am not able to connect. I even called my student for a tech support call, and he can’t figure it out. Where exactly do we get support? Or is anyone here going through connection issues? Thanks.
