Hi, all. I wanted to let any TGIL users out there know that we are in the process of of making some updates to the category browse for the TGIL website and Monarch app.
The timing for this was due in part to an update to the NetX platform that has required some changes in how the categories are managed.
We are pleased that the system change provided a good opportunity for us to make some updates that were already on our radar. However, we have found a bug that I wanted to let you know about.
Currently, if you select some of the main categories in the Monarch TGIL app, you will see a hit count of “zero results found” followed by the list of subcategories.
Please disregard that “zero results found.”
This is indicating that all of the files are found in subcategories, not that there are no results in the category.
We are working with Humanware to get this bug fixed ASAP.
