We were trying to sign into Keydrive with google, but our district requires an image selection multi-factor authorization when signing in via our sso system on a new device. I can’t figure out how to get the images to load as it is not recognizing the square as a link. We’ve been able to do it on the braillenote touch, but that was using google chrome as the browser.
Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear that you are having issues logging in to Key-Drive.
Because the browser can not be switched out on the Monarch, this may not be possible at this time.
A work around would be to White list the Monarch or use the Oaauth ID of the Key-Drive program to allow the program to log in successfully.
