An issue was discovered with the latest Monarch 1.4.1. update. If you have downloaded Flip-Over Concepts LINES, Flip-Over Concepts TEXTURES, or Wordstock, please temporarily delete these apps before you attempt to update.
To delete an app, open the All Applications screen and scroll to the app you want to uninstall. With the app highlighted, press M + Space or press and hold the square key on the front of the device until a context menu appears. In the context menu, select “Open App Info” and press Enter. Then choose “Uninstall” and press Enter again. Select “OK” (the last option) and press Enter to confirm. You’ll be returned to the All Applications screen once the app is removed.
Once the app(s) have been uninstalled, navigate to the KeyUpdater app and check that you are running the latest software version. After the update is complete, you can reinstall these apps again.
If you have not previously added Flip-Over Concepts LINES, Flip-Over Concepts TEXTURES, or Wordstock, then the Monarch 1.4.1 Update will run automatically without error.
