The New Mexico School for the Blind and Visually Impaired is recruiting for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Family Infant Toddler Program. This individual will be responsible for managing digital student records, performing database entry, maintaining accurate recordkeeping, processing purchase requisitions, tracking budgets, and collaborating with school personnel across departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and data management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe software. Experience coordinating and maintaining databases within a large organization is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

This is a full-time, 12-month position. A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates should have 4–6 years of related experience, preferably in an educational setting. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
