Enroll Now!!

Course Description: Big feelings can interfere with learning when students do not understand what frustration is, where it comes from, or how it affects the brain and body. This course invites educators to observe a virtual classroom as a teacher guides young learners through a lesson that builds self-awareness through body- and brain-based strategies. Participants will learn breathing techniques, positive self-talk, and simple planning tools that help students manage frustration and return to learning.
