**Description**  
Whose responsibility is it to teach reading to students with visual impairments? Are TVIs only to provide access to reading curriculum? Is it possible to separate reading instruction from teaching braille or visual efficiency? Enroll in this course to explore the process of teaching reading, examine how to strengthen reading skills for all students, and evaluate the impact of visual impairments on learning to read.
