I am wondering if I missed something regarding entering password for wifi. The training said to drop numbers but in reality I had to use number signs and letter signs for it to be accepted.

Good morning,

Thank you for reaching out to American Printing House regarding your Monarch.

Although computer braille is not required when entering passwords, we recommend switching to computer braille using the Space, Backspace, G command. This ensures that the password is entered correctly with no confusion.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out by calling our Monarch support line at (833)447-8444 or email [monarchsupport@aph.org](mailto:monarchsupport@aph.org) and we would be happy to assist you.

Matt B.
