Hello, I am learning the Chameleon and teaching it to a 7th grader. I am trying to put a book on the Chameleon and have been unsuccessful. I spoke with a co-worker and she explained how she downloads a Daisy book to her laptop, unzips it in a folder on her desktop, and copies it by opening File Explorer where she sees the Chameleon 20 on the lower left part of the screen. I don’t see the Chameleon in my File Explorer; I have used two different Chameleon’s and two different cords with each device. I was able to download the Daisy book on my laptop, unzip it in a folder on my desktop. I then right click and sent it to the Chameleon. I found the book under “go to parent” but it wont open. Can you please help or tell me where to go to get the assistance. Thanks so very much
