Has anyone tried incorporating information gathered from the Barraga Forms into a Functional Vision Assessment? Can you use the Activity Inventory from during standard observation when completing an FVA?

I am having difficulty differentiating the variety of forms. I don’t understand when to use different forms. Do you know the sequence of using the forms?
